Peruvian cuisine has become increasingly popular and for good reason! If you want to learn to cook delicious and aromatic dishes such as ceviche, ponche de habas or lomo saltado, you have come to the right place. Our in-house chef Ramiro and his wife Anjelica are now offering cooking classes, so don't miss out on this incredible experience and make sure to ask us about availability, duration and pricing. If you are also interested in purchasing additional catering services during your stay at Santa Maria Lodge, please mention this in the comments box on your booking form and we will get in contact with you to organise the finer details.
For those who seek a more rewarding experience in Peru and yearn to make a difference, consider combining your stay at Santa Maria Lodge with a volunteer program hosted by Peru's Challenge. Programs vary from short-term to long-term individual or group projects and will allow you to make a difference in the lives of local community members. Depending which program you choose to undertake, additional services such as accommodation at the lodge, catering, tourism and transportation services may be included - so make sure you check out our volunteer package deals at Peru's Challenge website!
